How much is international shipping?

We have many customers worldwide. We ship internationally from International shipping varies depending on the size and weight of your order and the destination. Our website will calculate shipping costs for you. We have a policy to always refund our customers the difference if they pay more for shipping than we do. If you would like an exact shipping quote before purchasing please email your full mailing address to as well as the product(s) that you would like to order. 

What are my international shipping options?

We currently offer a few different shipping options.

Our International Preference:

  • DHL Worldwide - delivery varies by location, but it is usually the fastest option.

Additional options:

  • USPS Priority International – estimated delivery in 6-10 business days.
  • USPS Priority Express International – estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.

Please note USPS and DHL estimate these delivery times. CakeSafe cannot guarantee an international delivery date. Please also note that your order may be delayed while it goes through customs, and that is not the responsibility of CakeSafe.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges will be. If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Currency Conversion and Payment Options

All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars and all orders are processed in USD. Your credit card issuer determines the exact exchange rate, and it should match closely with the current exchange rate. Please note that CakeSafe cannot guarantee the current exchange rate or what your credit card issuer will charge you.

Billing and Shipping Information

Please ensure that all of your billing and shipping information is correct, as we cannot change your order once it has shipped. Please double-check your order to ensure that you have selected the correct product. We make every effort to ensure that you will get exactly what you ordered, and cannot be held liable for errors in ordering.

International Returns

We accept international returns as long as we receive the like-new product in original packaging within 60 days of the date of purchase. If the product has had its protective plastic backings peeled off or it has been used, we cannot accept a return.  You are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees CakeSafe would be charged, and please note that we cannot refund any original customs duties or fees paid, and we do not refund original shipping. If you are exchanging an item, you are also responsible for the cost of shipping the new item.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier for any reason (no one home to receive package, no payment of customs fee/duties, etc.) it is the responsiblity of the customer to pay for any additional shipping fees. 

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, product content, and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products available on our website to all countries. The purchase of any restricted items will be refunded. 

Currently, our Spray Booth, both the Master and Artisan lines, are not available in the United Kingdom due to UK government restrictions.
