What is your return policy?

CakeSafe, Sugar Shack, Spray Booth:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Product needs to be returned undamaged and in original packaging to receive full refund. Please note that all shipping charges are nonrefundable. Contact us at info@cakesafe.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Acrylic Disks, Icing Scrapers, Work Boards, Weaving Boards, Poly-Dowels:

Returns for a full refund are accepted within 30 days of purchase if product is returned in original packaging and in NEW condition. Unwrapped or used products will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for 50% the original purchase price. Please note that all shipping charges are nonrefundable. Contact us at info@cakesafe.com to initiate a return or exchange.

How do I return something?

For US customers, contact us at info@cakesafe.com and we will send you a pre-paid return label and packaging instructions. Simply print the label out, stick it on the box, and drop it off at your local UPS or USPS store. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it is in new condition. We will then send you a refund using your original form of payment, and please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For international customers, please see below.

Can I exchange something?

Absolutely! If you decide within the 30 day period that you would prefer a different size or different product, contact us at info@cakesafe.com or 401-533-3636 to start the exchange process. We are more than happy to work with you to ensure you have the size or type of product that you need, but please do note that shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange of an item. 

What if I lose my prepaid return shipping label?

Just send us an email at info@cakesafe.com and we will send you another copy.

What about international returns?

We accept international returns as long as we receive the like-new product in original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping, and please note that we cannot refund customs duties or fees, and we do not refund original shipping.
