What is your return policy?
CakeSafe, Sugar Shack, Spray Booth:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Product needs to be returned undamaged and in original packaging to receive full refund. Please note that all shipping charges are nonrefundable. Contact us at email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Acrylic Disks, Icing Scrapers, Work Boards, Weaving Boards, Poly-Dowels:
Returns for a full refund are accepted within 30 days of purchase if product is returned in original packaging and in NEW condition. Unwrapped or used products will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for 50% the original purchase price. Please note that all shipping charges are nonrefundable. How do I return something?
For US customers, contact us at email@example.com to initiate a return. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item has been used or had its protective backings removed, we can only refund you for 50% of their cost. You can ship back your products with any carrier you'd like, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it is in new condition. We will then send you a refund using your original form of payment, and please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For international customers, please see below.
Can I exchange something?
Absolutely! If you decide within the 30 day period that you would prefer a different size or different product, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 401-378-8766 to start the exchange process. We are more than happy to work with you to ensure you have the size or type of product that you need, but please do note that shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange of an item. If the item has been used or had its protective backings removed, we can only credit you for 50% of their cost.
What about international returns?
We accept international returns as long as we receive the like-new product in original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. You are responsible for all shipping costs, and please note that we cannot refund customs duties or fees, and we do not refund original shipping.
